Your Tasks:
Mission of the role
In the role as Website & SEO Manager you strive to offer consumers the best beauty experience to become their #1 beauty partner for life. To develop and manage the website & SEO strategy to achieve the best beauty experience at all relevant touchpoints, you will be working closely with internal and external partners - Digital Brand Managers, Data & Analytics, Legal, Content & Tech agencies.
Main responsibilities
SEO Strategy:
- In line with the international guidelines, design the SEO strategy to achieve best in class consumer engagement.
- Manage & engage with stakeholders to facilitate organic search growth through content & technical excellence.
- Guarantee consistency between platforms to achieve a seamless consumer experience and to maximize business value.
Website & Content Management:
- Createa content plan in close cooperation with digital brand teams and agencies to optimize and increase online presence
- Manage the creation and implementation of website content
- Maintain the website's technical infrastructure to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently (with IT/Tech stakeholders)
- Use analytical tools and dashboards to scale the success of the content and overall organic search strategy (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Project management for website relaunches and merges
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's content strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Engage with digital brand team and coordinate local and international agencies
Platform Management & Reporting
- Manage and link multiple data sources to monitor all KPIs and ensure sustainable growth
- Consolidate and create reports to share relevant insights & learnings with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the organization of specific communication meetings with zone/countries
Qualification
- 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing
- Understanding of fundamental SEO principles & KPIs
- Knowledge of SEO keyword research tools and practices
- Advanced Analytical & Data Management skills
- In-depth understanding of tools/techniques (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics)
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and anticipate digital trends
- Business orientated and strategic, analytical, creative mindset
- Excellent communication and networking skills and ability to create interfaces
- Outstanding project management & analysis skills
- Enjoy entrepreneurial behavior and creativity
- German language skills at C1 level are required
