A DAY IN THE LIFE
Lead the relationship with the account, being the voice of the customer within the organization, to deliver added value through category development, brand experience and a customer-centric approach in a sustainable and profitable manner.
1- Responsible for the O+O commercial strategy of key accounts with the objective of maximizing P&L management and sales, in a profitable and sustainable way.
2- Direct and validate the annual plan, JBP, growth, market share, P&L
3- Contribute to the three-year strategic plan (with Commercial Director/CGO) Mapping of internal/external influencers in the customer relationship 4- Direct negotiations with national account buyers
5- Manage regular points of contact nationwide with the account
6- Synthesize the category view between brands within retail
