Augmented Beauty Swiss-Hub develops innovative dispenser technologies focused on water, resource, and energy conservation for sustainability. Our patented technology is utilized in products like the L’Oréal Water Saver showerhead, which reduces water usage in hair salons by up to 69%. L’Oréal is seeking a process development engineer to join our new department focused on developing dispensing technologies into new applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Fab-Lab Operation: Lead technical operation and maintenance of our AB Swiss-Hub Fab-Lab, including 3D printing and laser cutting.
• Prototype Development: Test and validate prototyped parts in close collaboration with the engineering team.
• Quality Assurance: Define KPIs for high-quality prototyping and manage order and lab quality.
• Innovation Contribution: Actively contribute to developing new ideas and innovations for our Swiss-Hub portfolio.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with L'Oréal R&I teams worldwide and external partners to integrate cutting-edge technology.

Your Profile

• Engineering Degree (Bachelor) in mechanical/UX design, with 1+ year experience in high-precision SLA 3D printing and laser cutting.
• Proficiency in Additive Manufacturing Software (e.g., LycheeSlicer, Chitubox) and hands-on prototyping/testing.
• Strong CAD Skills (Solidworks) and knowledge of QA processes (RCA, TDS/SDS) and material science.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent reporting skills and a focus on quality/safety.
• Fluent in French & English (working proficiency); German is a valuable asset.
