A Day in the Life
 As the Brand Business Leader for the Professional Products Division, you’ll lead the charge in driving growth and market share across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Reporting to the General Manager of the division, you’ll oversee a diverse team of 5 members and collaborate transversally with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute winning O+O strategies to strengthen brand equity and outperform the professional beauty market.
• P&L Ownership: Manage the full P&L, making data-driven decisions to activate growth-driving and profitable levers.
• Innovation & Activation: Lead innovative trade activation and communication plans across all business channels.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and empower your team in product marketing, education, social media, and O+O activation.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on brand objectives.

We Are Looking For
 You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in product marketing, B2B education, and social media.
• Bring 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Are obsessed with customer and consumer centricity.
• Possess strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Are fluent in English and Czech/Slovak (Hungarian is a plus).
