We're searching for an energetic and driven Sales Controller to join our team and contribute to the growth of our brand! 

 

Your Mission:

 

Reporting to the Sales Controlling Manager, we are looking for a proactive junior sales controller able to build strong partnership with Sales. The job holder will play a fundamental role, providing clear insight on the business and on the profitability of our customers. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to always think out of the box, take the chance and shape the future with us!

 

Your Role:

 

  • Participate in building the budget and trends;
  • Performing customer profitability analysis until the Operating Profit; 
  • Monthly variance analysis ensuring that the business is able to make quick and accurate decisions both on an operational and strategic level;
  • Contribute to the financial goals with strategic advice; 
  • Undertake all cost analyses in order to detect risks and propose the actions required to maintain budgetary objectives;
  • Supporting Sales team to deliver profitable sales and meet KPIs by controlling pricing and discount policies; 
  • Support Sales with the negotiation of commercial agreements;
  • Implement good Internal Control practices;
  • Get involved in cross-functional programs to simply and harmonize processes.

 

 

Your Skills:

 

  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills;
  • Outstanding common business sense;
  • Knowledge of informational systems: SAP, Excel e COMPASS 
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Strong result focus and proactive in cross functional collaboration.
