A Day in the Life 

As the Nordic Talent Acquisition Graduate, you’ll join a driven and talented team of three passionate professionals, reporting directly to the Nordic Talent Acquisition Director. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll work across the Nordic region, collaborating with the business and other HR functions to attract and hire the best talent. Together, the Nordic Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for all recruitments in the four Nordic countries. 

Here’s what you’ll be working on: 

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment for emerging entry-level talent, from attraction to successful integration. 
• Digital Employer Branding: Co-lead digital employer branding on social media, creating engaging content and defining target audiences 
• Key University Relations & Events: Co-lead the L’Oréal Brandstorm competition in the Nordics and represent L'Oréal at top recruitment events to attract future talent. 
• System Super User: Act as a super user for our recruitment system, ensuring efficient processes. 
• Insight-Driven Data Strategy: Translate recruitment data into actionable strategies, optimizing processes and informing critical decisions for superior outcomes. 
• Strategic Stakeholder Partnerships: Cultivate robust partnerships with hiring managers and HR, delivering bespoke talent solutions aligned with strategic objectives. 

You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

• Recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing or other relevant studies. 
• Have experience from a similar role from internships or student positions
• Are able to manage several projects simultaneously and independently, creating structure in dynamic ways of working. 
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining an eye for detail. 
• Are digitally savvy and genuinely interested in learning more about the Talent Acquisition field. 
• Enjoy organizing and coordinating events and being a company ambassador for external parties. 
• Deliver excellence with agility and rigor. 
• Are fluent in English and ideally one Nordic language. 
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
