In this role you will be instrumental in bringing our dermatological brands to life in Finnish retail environments, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience for consumers. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product placement, promotional activities, and educational initiatives. 

You will...

• Responsible for the execution of go-to market strategy
• Owning the display process and overview, and managing local display catalogues 
• Adapt layout needs in the form of various POS/PLV materials for displays, and campaign-specific trade papers 
• Develop the necessary tools to manage andoptimizein-store elements flow and timelines 
• Collaboration with a wide array of stakeholders in internal teams:Business development, Commercial and Nordic as well as external suppliers.
• In charge of supplier quotes and cost overviews 
• strategically connect Nordic brand marketing with local sales & training execution.

You are…

• A recent graduate, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, or a related field.
• Highly organized, possessing the ability to coordinate, plan effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage your time to ensure on-time delivery for our clients.
• Confident in taking responsibility, driven by a commitment to executional excellence and achieving results.
• Ambitious, with a keen eye for aesthetics, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and an open-minded approach.
• Fluent in both Finnish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
• A proactive team player, maintaining a positive attitude and flourishing in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
