A Day in the Life
Reporting to a Business Development Manager at our Brussels office, you will join our team for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in February. In this role, you will act as a true strategic partner to our retailers and take real project ownership through several key missions:

• Category Management: Partner with retailers to optimize how beauty categories are presented in-store and online, making shopping our brands seamless and impactful.
• Performance & Assortment Analysis: Analyze shelf layouts, shopper behavior, and product assortments to translate raw retail data into growth opportunities.
• Retail Activation: Work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to bring our brand innovations to life on the shelves.
  
  

We Are Looking For
You are a final-year student fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:

• Strategic & Analytical Minds: You love working with numbers, spreadsheets do not scare you, and you enjoy translating raw data into business opportunities.
• Category Activation Management: Drive for optimizing retail touchpoints and shopper journeys.
• Project Owners: You are an organized self-starter who loves turning ideas into concrete actions, with speed and precision.
• Collaboration & Agility: Enjoying working cross-functionally and navigating a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
