Reports to: Assistant Manager – E-Commerce Operations 

Location: Madison Ave Retail Store, New York, NY 

As the Associate – E-Commerce Operations you will partner with the Assistant Manager for online business and operational management in the US. You will handle the daily backend operations for our customer(s) with respect to business support for customer service, logistics, replenishment, marketing, and fraud management etc. in strong alignment with the responsible functions (logistics/supply chain, DMI in Paris office & Director of Retail & E-Commerce). 

  • Process & fulfill web orders on a daily basis, to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner 

  • Assist with stock distribution in Magento/SAP to meet business objectives and fulfill our online customer demand 

  • Monitor product sales and return performance as well as overall trends 

  • Assist with inventory management & organization 

  • Assist with Drop Ship operations for Neiman Marcus & Nordstrom 

  • Manage and monitor customer service hotline to ensure all customer requests, complaints or concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner. 

  • Monitor e-commerce orders, flag fraudulent orders and investigate chargebacks. 


  • 1-2 years related experience 

  • Experience in E-Commerce logistics/ Retail operations 

  • Ability to learn new technical applications and tools quickly 

  • Magento experience preferred but not required  

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines, through prioritization and time management, and motivating others to do the same 

  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude 

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
