The Role
In this 12 month contract position you will be required to develop, organise and drive all marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand in line with Aesop's brand positioning and philosophy. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of all ANZ marketing initiatives, and ensuring overall brand objectives are met, to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and deliver business growth.
As our Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Aesop’s marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee the planning and delivery of retail marketing, PR, events, and all campaigns and as a strong Aesop brand ambassador, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects Aesop’s unique identity and values.
Leading a dynamic team of four, you will champion creative collaboration and operational excellence, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing based at our Collingwood head office and St. Kilda road office, this is an integral role responsible for how Aesop is expressed across Australia and New Zealand.
