What You Will Do: 

Maintain and uphold the employer reputation of L’Oréal in the USA.  Acting as the lead in across all business areas to deliver our Employer Branding to achieve L’Oréal’s desire to be the number one destination of choice across the US.  At the same time, you will lead the Talent Intelligence function, delivering best in class insights to the Talent Function & the business.  Overseeing all platforms & systems related to Talent, innovating and bringing best in class ways of working to the team. 

What We Are Looking For: 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Owner of the LUSA Employer Value Proposition (EVP) working with several stakeholders to deliver the needs of the EVP on a monthly and yearly basis ensuring that all divisions and functions have equal share of voice (i.e., Digital, Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.) 

  • Operate as the Talent touch point for all Communications internally or externally.  Work in close partnership with Corporate Affairs & Engagement Teams, DE&I, Sustainability & HR Comms teams communicating key updates, projects and topics.    

  • Complete responsibility for all Social and Job Board platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor etc.  Manage relationships with vendors (including new vendor set up), deliver the strategy as well as the day-to-day operations to ensure they are up to date, managed effectively and analysis their performance  

  • Responsible for analysis and strategy to increase external reputation, positive sentiment and employer awards including Glassdoor, Universum, Link Humans (EBI).  Anticipate the timing of award assessment such as Potential Park, Best Places to Work and Glassdoor.  Drive actions to increase ratings and working with stakeholders internally and externally. 

  • Lead the Talent Insights for the TA & TM Team.  Provide insights, reports and presentations that allow our team to operate at their best. Offering proactive insights and leads for recruiters to create action 

  • Operate as a Super Users for all TA systems including but not limited too Avature, Power BI, OneProfile etc., provide updates and trainings to the team regularly and upskill new members of the team.  Work closely with the HRIS team to ensure complete alignment of systems and tools  

  • Act as the Guardian of data compliance for the TA & TM team when it comes to systems, external job postings and internal data sharing when it permits to GDPR & other legalities    

  • Drive Innovation of our systems & tools used for both TA & TM, seek out industry trends for new providers and Ways of Working especially when it comes to process’, DE&I etc.  

  • Accountable for weekly, monthly reporting from Power BI in partnership with the People Analytics team in the People Services team.  Seeking to evolve said dashboards when need to give the most up-to-date and insightful information, including DE&I data for example.  Ensure all TA actions are trackable, delivering ROI on events and in-depth analysis of activity.  

  • Accountable for the Employee Ambassador program in the USA to implement employee stories and advocacy. 

  • Owner of the Masterclass Series from strategic planning to speaker Identification.  Run thorough post event analysis to ensure we maximize the reach of the program   

  • Work in close partnership with the Early Careers Team to ensure a consistent and documented approach across all schools  

  • Work in close partnership with the Talent Services team to ensure that all processes related to the Scheduling, Offer Process & Pre-boarding of the candidate are seamless and integrate with our systems.  Flag and escalate when needed to resolve issues in a timely manner  

  • During the cut over period to the set-up of the People Services team, act as a project lead for the TA ways of working and process actualization for the shift of work and activity   

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Undergrade Degree, preferred focus in Psychology, Organization Design, HR etc  

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition team or equivalent  

  • They will be comfortable with systems, ideally (but not limited to) ATS systems (Avature), CRM systems, Power BI, Social listening backhouse  

  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (with ability to learn internal systems)  

  • Ability to act as role model for the L'Oréal target culture  

  • Demonstrates strong process capability, detail-orientated analytical skills   

  • Ability to communicate, activate, and drive strategy while maintaining execution control 

  • Engage with relevant stakeholders at ease and use to communicating new ideas or messages to large audiences
