As part of our dynamic Education team you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will be based in the International Academy at the L’Oreal UKI headquarters in Hammermsith London
Purpose of your new role
To create execute and deliver courses to salons within the L’Oréal Academy. Reporting to the L’Oréal Professionnel Regional Education Manager, you will work closely with the L’Oréal Professionnel Field Teams to ensure the quality of knowledge and service that is associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.
Your key job accountabilities
We are looking for an exceptional individual - a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player - who has enjoyed previous experience of delivering Education expertise within a salon or beauty environment. You will share our passion for inspiring others to maximise their performance through L’Oréal Professionnel. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for superior service and will reflect the values of a superior brand in this arena.
Flexibility, a full driving licence and the ability to consistently meet and maintain high standards are crucial. Your proven organisational skills will allow you to use your time effectively and your communication and presentation skills will be excellent.
You will be required to stay away from home, and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening.
The network you would work with
You will be liaising with some of the leading names in the hairdressing industry. As part of our dynamic Education team you’ll work alongside some of the world’s greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will also work closely with the L’Oréal Professionnel Field Sales Force to ensure the continued growth of the brand.

Competitive salaries are offered based on individual experience and reviewed on an annual basis. There is also a profit share scheme which is paid annually as a bonus linked to turnover and profit, subject to the scheme rules. We offer 25 days annual leave on joining which increases with service, in addition to eight days paid bank holidays. Potential next steps following this role
From this position, the potential next steps could be working as a Regional Education Manager or moving across brands within the Professionnel Products Division and Superior Division, or alternatively to join the Sales force working as
a Retail Business Manager or Regional Manager for a specific area of the country.
