Section 2: Job Summary (limit your description to one paragraph):

This position assists Salary Planning in developing budgets /trends for headcount and personnel costs,  prepares and presents analyses, and assists in the monthly financial close. This includes the integration, validation, and publication of headcount and personnel costs in financial systems.

 

Section 3: Job Requirements 

Position requires a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

Must be highly proficient in Excel.

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to be clear and concise and to influence and understand their audience.

Ability to extract data and have an understanding of relational data base concepts to merge, transfer files to meaningful creation of reports.

Experience with big data is desirable.

Experience in dealing with budgets is desirable.
