Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing deployment to support both international affiliates and DC to DC deployment. The position requires a strong focus on ensuring the adequate stock is deployed to the internal customers to meet external service expectations. It requires frequent interaction with the international affiliates, Manufacturing, Brand Operations, Sales Planning and various internal departments to resolve issues that may arise.

 

Key Job Accountabilities:

Responsibilities are not limited to the below listing:

  • Manage deployment to international affiliates and DC to DC deployment
  • Ensure adequate stock is deployed to internal customers to meet external service expectations
  • Process & maintain orders as needed. Interact with Affiliates to prioritize product and shipping needs
  • Maintain correct stock levels across network by creating order / stock transfers and redistribution
  • Maximize fill rate. coordinate shipments and receipts and track shipments from HUB to Mixing Center
  • Coordinate with GBSC for confirmation and prioritization of stock and work closely with DCs to prioritize and facilitate timely shipments
  • Maintain system-cleaning of old or failed deployment orders and manage master data

 

Required Experience/Training:

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1-5 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain
  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
