This position is a part of a Divisional Center of Excellence and is primarily responsible for monitoring, measuring and optimizing Luxe brands eretail websites - in partnership, and as an extension of the brand teams. This role is a crucial function in the acceleration of Luxe Indirect Ecommerce growth across our 9 Brands + 4 key retailers.


Content Excellence

•Execute competitive research on an ongoing (quarterly basis) across métiers (MU, SKN,  FRG) + Platforms (Retailer websites, Social, etc);
•Conduct content audits, inventories and gap analyses.
•Reporting: Reporting of digital shelf analytics using various tools (Pofitero, Clavis, Mozenda, Salsify, Jumpshot)

SEO & On-site Search

•“Beat the Algorithm” expert providing persistent hands-on-key board analysis and insights
•Work on search optimization to ensure we are reaching the right customers
•Lead creation of taxonomies and metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging content
•SEO Coordination Work: Revising the SEO reporting, guiding the development of optimized content pages (with existing creative team) and optimizing where this content

Build best in class content creation & advice driven online merchandising of brands:

•Work with brand BAMs closely on content creation (copy, videos, photography)
•Work on product set up process and A+ for launches (copy, images, reviews, etc.)
•Work with copy writer to develop and launch ongoing content
•Work with brand liaisons in the US and DMI to ensure alignment and that needs are met
•Produce content in content studio to solve for business needs

Support daily customer centric responsibilities

•Monitor customer user generated content (reviews, Q&As) and facilitate response working with the brands
•Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure strategy is being executed and optimized


•Coordinate Luxewide Meetings + Maintain Status Documents: Brand Collaborations, ERetail Roundtable, Retailer Insight Meetings, etc.
•Compile retailer data to report results across Brick & Mortar, .com, & Omni Channels and issue weekly & monthly reports to brands and leadership


•Divisional Upskilling Programs
•Collaborate with Luxe D2C, Luxe Omni Media and entire Luxe Indirect Ecomm team to share best practices
•Ambition to pursue new projects and drive new ideas to evolve responsibilities
