What are key highlights of this role?


As part of the CMI team, your mission is to bring the voice of the consumer to the heart of the business to unlock growth. And as a result you will be championing the consumer in everything you do. Working across the 4 divisions, Corporate CMI consists in bringing a full view of the market as well as brands, categories, consumers or channels.

The role consists in managing continuous market research resources and providing insights through analysis of the following sources: panels, continuous analyses, exploratory research, market research on products and existing services, projects in development, etc.

The role will be concentrating on 3 pillars:

Continuous Data Management: as an expert and key user of continuous data sources, you will ensure data and report quality for the whole business and international. And use the data to generate insights and provide to the top management the context of the market and the L’Oréal performances within this.

- Insights: you will work on specific ad hoc briefs and leverage the data from the whole CMO team (CMI, Media, Digital and Customer Care) to provide the business with actionable insights to drive growth on key targets / channels.

- Trends: you will select the relevant trends for our business and communicate them in an impactful way.
