KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Manage the sales forecasts quality (including forecast accuracy & bias & action plan) & manage forecast PBI/FM/Catalogue tool.
•Manage the global monthly sales forecast process and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process. Analyse risks & opportunities, compare gaps vs trend changes.
•Build the baseline forecast.
•Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
•Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
•Manage E2E supply for online part including stock allocation following to forecast, bundling, online fulfilment.
•E&O management.
•Other tasks to be assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Those who have experience of supply chain organization.
• Demand Planning in international FMCG Company (4+ years of experience working)
• Having online knowledge background
•Excellent interpersonal skills

•Attention to details.
•High level of accuracy and responsibility to follow up tasks
•Excellent customer insights.
•Strong excel, Power BI
•Experience working with cloud, API, SQL, macro is a plus
