What you’ll be doing: 

E-commerce & Digital Campaign Management 

Oversee the brand’s online sales and monitors on-line sell-in & sell-out excellence

Development of an excellent user experience and customer journey online

Drive e-commerce acceleration especially in new market such as China and beat competition in online business weight in key markets 

In charge of e-boutique management and new roll-out 

Manage digital calendar and campaign with product marketing team

Plan, manage, track, analyze and optimize the overall performance media strategy and digital investment for the brand

Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns

Ensure that all e-commerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose

Social Campaign Management 

Manage the overall communication and KOL strategy for the brand

Manage and track the overall investment of social campaign and ensure key learnings are shared with the brand 

Digital Innovation, Optimization and Partnership 

Drive relationship with product marketing team, AM, retailer digital team, corporate digital team to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the retailers. 

Constantly drive digital innovation (in e-commerce, media buy, social) and always ‘be the first’ in digital experience 

Digital Upskilling

Always stay up-to-date with market, consumers and competitors 

Be the digital catalyst to consistently share best practice and trend to the Brand 

Ensure the team is fully immersed and influence to ‘Think Digital’ for all launches/ campaigns  

Who we are looking for:

5 years of experience in digital/e-commerce 

Digital savvy; keeping abreast of digital trends and innovations 

Good sense of aesthetic and appreciation of beauty trend and products

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability 

Good team player but also have the ability to work independently within a team environment

Fluent in English and an Asian language is a plus
