1.Develop the effective promotion trade plans with A&P support to external customers to meet sales target
2.Pre-(customer P&L) & post evaluation of customer specific promotions
3.Develop new product launches plan that included listing material and go to market plan. After kick-off, need to check NPD performance and monitor stock in trade level
4.Develop category management projects
5.Develop programs to increase distribution of company products.
6.Develop merchandising guidelines with retailers and improve space productivity efficiency
7.Develop shopper understanding through co-working with retailers on shopper research (CRM program)

1.Familiar with retailer and consumer goods industry
2.FMCG experience will be an advantage
3.Speaking and writing proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential
4.Key account sales experience would be a plus.
5. At lesat two-year trade marketing experinces.
