L’Oreal USA is excited to announce the establishment of a People Services function, based in Tampa, Florida.  The People Services function will take on and centralize critical, operational Human Resources work with a goal of increasing collaboration, leveraging shared knowledge, and creating a more consistent employee experience.  Come join our dynamic team and help us elevate the employee journey!

 What You Will Do:

This position will consolidate as well as develop Trends and Budgets for Internal Personnel Costs and Headcount by P&L line. This includes the integration, validation, and publication of headcount and personnel costs in financial systems, as well as assisting in the financial close. This position will communicate with Senior Management and oversee 1.8 Billion Budget and the reporting of 13.2 thousand headcount as well as FTE reporting

  • Consolidate, communicate, and manage the overall results for headcount and personnel reporting to Senior Management
  • Manage headcount and personnel budgeting, trend forecasts, and financial analyses for corporate groups
  • YTD Actual Analysis vs trend for headcount and costs
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly general ledger closing, account analysis and reconciliation
  • Validate Personnel Reporting & other indicators in the Financial System
  • Consolidate reporting for International requests and CEO/ CHO reporting 4 times a year

 What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Requirements – Bachelors Degree, MBA/CPA
  • 8- 10 years of experience preferable
  • Must be effective communicator
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel
  • Experience with big data is desirable
  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Ability to summarize and communicate to Snr Mngmt
  • You  may be expected to travel to Berkeley Heights, NJ up to 20% of your time during the first year of your employment at L'Oreal USA
  • Physical in office presences is required for part of the week
