Part of the L’Oréal group, The Body Shop Hong Kong has an exciting new opportunity working in our Visual Merchandising Team. We are a natural and ethical beauty brand, with 3050 stores in 66 markets around the world, operating through a multi-channel retail strategy, including stand-alone stores, global travel retail locations and e-commerce sites. We are looking for a high caliber candidate with strong business acumens and market savvy to join us as


Responsibilities:

Ø   Manage new stores rollout/refit project and new VM strategy rollout as per aligned budget

Ø   Ensure store VM is on the highest standard to enhances customers’ shopping experience and appeals to target audience

Ø   To strengthen and coach the VM team to support the growing business and challenges

Ø   Planogram planning for new store concept 

Ø   To host the inventory control for all VM componentry and ordering

Ø   Preparation and idea generation of VM to improve overall Event planning efficiency

Ø   Good communication with operations team, marketing team and suppliers to ensure all designs are workable in store, set out clear guidelines for operations to ensure smooth change overs

 

Requirements:

Ø   Degree in visual merchandising or relevant aspect

Ø   At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising with 2 years supervisory experience

Ø   Strong retailing experience and knowledge of VM for high density merchandise mix

Ø   Ability to use appropriate VM techniques across all store types and fixtures

Ø   Ability to develop appropriate VM store merchandise equipment and collateral

Ø   Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
