Travel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores.

As a member of our team, your main focus will be on brand knowledge for the Couture & Fragrance brands, such as YSL, Valentino and Prada. You will play a crucial role in implementing a full ON COUNTER 360 approach, working closely with the Marketing team and being an integral part of the brand strategy and implementation in-store.




Brand Animations and Institutional Materials: 

  • Responsible for ensuring the right launch PLV materials are in place to enhance brand desirability and attractiveness.
  • Ensure the latest brand elements and designs are incorporated into Point of Sale (POS) materials.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Designer and Marketing team to develop counter guidelines and zoning strategies.
  • Challenge the status quo and bring creative solutions to enhance the consumer experience at the brand's counter.


Visual Database Management:

  • Maintain a visual database updated (PLV)
  • Track orders to ensure coherence with brand guidelines and on-counter animations.
  • Oversee the entire process from production to installation.


POSM Ordering, Production, and Implementation: 

  • Oversee the entire process of ordering and production of elements.
  • Forecast and manage PLV stock.
  • Manage local production of PLV when needed.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of elements in-store.


Partnerships and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the brand's designer for refits and openings, leveraging your knowledge of brand assets and solutions.
  • Work with the brand's Animations team, contributing ideas on brand elements to enhance the WOW effect.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders (mkt, commercial, vendors, etc.) to understand in-store requirements, align strategies and ensure smooth execution of projects.





We are seeking a detail-oriented and pragmatic individual with a strong background in project management within the retail design or merchandising department. Your ability to manage budgets and vendors, along with your passion for teamwork, will be essential to excel in this role. This is a very operational mission that requires a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver results.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in project management within a retail design or merchandising department.
  • Strong budget management and vendor management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with luxury beauty brands.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
