Reporting to the Training Manager, the leader of the training team, the role will facilitate the classroom training and participate to core business strategies. In L’Oréal, retail training has been a core to deliver the best service to our customers, provide rich product training and soft skills for our frontline colleagues to drive consumer centrism and business development

Key Job Accountabilities: 

·       Deliver the brand values to frontline staff by hand-on classroom training

·       Develop new training material & 1 year program planning of training

·       Connect brand, products, training & customers to align the brand business strategies

·       Build the relationship with frontline advisors to collect feedback and improve

·       Provide qualitative & quantitative feedback and collect market intelligence / trend


Requirements:

  • Passionate about training to deliver beauty products
  • Networking skills and good at connecting with people
  • Transfer of his/her know-how and ability to engage the teams
  • Training delivery skills, communication skills and presentation skills
  • People & service oriented
