Beauty Advisor you are the face of the brand and the first point of contact with the customer. 

With product knowledge and high service standards you assist the customer with finding the product or service that is perfect for them and deliver a unique beauty experience.

You will be responsible for driving sales within your outlet and working as a team to hit sales targets. 

Job requirements: Fluency in Arabic, residing in Abu Dhabi


  • Have a full understanding of the brand, skin, Skin care products and services
  • Attend, engage and participate in all brand training and implement afterwards

  • Monitor Icon/focused products on a daily basis

  • Be aware of competitor’s products and activity in the market

  • Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the skincare market


  • Be accountable for achievement of personal targets
  • Complete all personal sales report and assignments on time

  • Be aware of and follow store rules and regulations

  • Closely monitor stock levels and report stock shortages and expiries

  • Assists the line manager in all aspects of the business and follow company procedures

  • Prepare well for events /launches/activity/animations on pharmacy floor

  • Maintaining the counter quality and merchandising


  • Build and maintain customer relationships and create customer loyalty
  • Maximise sales and achieve sales target
  • Make appropriate, personalised service based on customer needs
  • Have a strong focus on link selling, cross selling  and the recruitment of new customers
  • Demonstrate usage and benefits of various products and provide beauty, care and daily life advise
  • Assist customers by finding substitutions for returned merchandise and/or out of stock items
  • Regularly communicate Retail and KPI achievement updates to line manager
  • SMART sampling
