Beauty Advisor you are the face of the brand and the first point of contact with the customer.
With product knowledge and high service standards you assist the customer with finding the product or service that is perfect for them and deliver a unique beauty experience.
You will be responsible for driving sales within your outlet and working as a team to hit sales targets.
MASTER CATEGORY KNOWLEDGE
Attend, engage and participate in all brand training and implement afterwards
Monitor Icon/focused products on a daily basis
Be aware of competitor’s products and activity in the market
Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the skincare market
EXECUTE BUSINESS & OPERATIONS
Complete all personal sales report and assignments on time
Be aware of and follow store rules and regulations
Closely monitor stock levels and report stock shortages and expiries
Assists the line manager in all aspects of the business and follow company procedures
Prepare well for events /launches/activity/animations on pharmacy floor
Maintaining the counter quality and merchandising
Ensures customer communication standards are met
Complete all necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow grooming guidelines to promote brand image
Confidence when dealing with customers
Closes sales and Celebrate
