Key Job Accountabilities


-       Leverage store resource to increase brand performance and awareness(outdoor/SMS/store magazine);

-       Design the tailor made animation for Marketing and Sales goal;

-       Be responsible for the designing & planning of marketing/promotion activity in retail Boutique Channel;

-       Work closely with sales team for all activity implementation & following up;

-       Review and control the budget of the marketing activity ensure the ROI;

-       CRM data analysis

-       Beauty class planning;

-       Agency management;

-       Promotion/boutique opening projects management;

n     Preparing

n     Process control

n     Result analysis

-       GWP order from international;


Key Job Requirements

-       University graduate;

-       more than 4 years working experience in boutique;

-       Good sense of service and responsibilities;

-       Good communication both in English and Chinese.
