Key Job Accountabilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team, e.g. data entry, filing, travel arrangement, POS creation, file maintenance
  • Prepare monthly reports such as sales related report
  • Manage team calendar and organize meetings
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences, mails and couriers
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment/ projects for Marketing
  • Coordinate store maintenance requests with vendors
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Diploma holder with at least 2-3 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, energetic, articulate and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
