Our Active Cosmetics Division is a pioneer in dermocosemetics and has a team which is passionate about health and beauty. In Australia, the division is growing quickly through our brands La Roche-Posay and Skinceuticals which are made available to consumers through a multichannel approach. The division also partners with healthcare professionals across the country to add value to consumers through products backed by the power of the Group’s research and innovation.

We are seeking an Business Development Manager to join our Skinceuticals  team to champion the positioning of Skinceuticals, within the medical community and among Key Opinion Leader’s (KOL), as the leading Medical Skincare brand in Australia. You'll put your sales, prospecting and relationship development skills to work in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere as you create , develop and build relationships with medical/aesthetic professionals throughout NSW & ACT.

About the role 

  • In collaboration with the Business Unit Manager, develop and execute a business plan for your territory
  • Actively prospect on a consistent basis with a key focus on medical dispensing
  • Identify and establish relationships with key customers, thought leaders and KOL’s in the territory
  • Actively educate medical professionals of the science and research supporting each product
  • Utilise brand collateral to maximise impact and relationships
  • Create product adoption through strategic  business development activities


About you


To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a relationship oriented sales representative ideally within a medical channel.


You will be self-motivated and possess excellent relationship building skills. Ideally you will have held a similar role within the aesthetic, cosmetic or skincare industries.
