Key Job Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain sales operations reporting and consolidation
  • Support key customer order processing
  • Provide management with various analytical sales reports and build relevant insights to identify business opportunities
  • Work closely with IT and Commercial team to build and maintain business planning and reporting model

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration
  • Strong sensitivity to numbers and demonstrates analytical mindset
  • Excellent proficiency in MS office; especially excel
  • Organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
