  • Report to the Business ( Marketing & Sales Development) on the analysis of market trends, customer performance, business performance and its levers, and make recommendations
  • Influence business results by analysing, interpreting and communicating key shopper insights from available data sources
  • Routinely analyze category, shopper, brand, competitor and trade information and regularly conduct POP audits in order to identify and provide fact based recommendations to leverage incremental growth opportunities
  • Collect/analyze sell-in/sell-out date
  • Shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity
  • Cross-reference data from the sales force, market studies ( internal and external) and marketing in order to have comprehensive overall understanding of the business
  • Updating of NPD trackers on regular basis - creation of competitor advertising grid to allow for visibility of promotional activity
  • Analysis of promotional return on investment, Nielsen promo effectiveness with a recommended course of action to better improve decision making


  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Passion for results

  • High level of ownership

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information

  • Ability to communicate and present information verbally  and in writing

  • Computer literacy - advanced Excel and Microsoft packages
