Key Job Accountabilities:

Non-statutory staff management
? Work closely with HRBP and CIIC for non-statutory staff management (including staff lifecycle, leave management etc.)
? Monthly track & monitor HR dashboard
? Be responsible for payroll validation for office staff as well as payment arrangement
? Be responsible for monthly cost report
? Be responsible for intern salary management
? Work closely with retail team for BA compensation survey
? Perform year-end review for non-statutory office employee

LD New Branch management
? Work closely with HRBP for LD BA management (including lifecycle & System management etc.)
? Monthly track & monitor HR dashboard
? Be responsible for cost report, salary payment as well as IIT declaration
? Be responsible for accounting accrual & reconciliation (including 13th salary, salary & IIT reconciliation)
? Participate LD BA compensation survey & ad hoc survey
? Prepare & consolidate country report
? Conduct LD BA benefits including commercial insurance renew, annual check-up etc.

Auditing
? Support audit team to conduct internal & external audits and follow up the action plan with relevant stakeholders

Others
? Participate in relevant projects
? Other work assigned by manager
