Your Challenge

The position is in the Digital IT team of L'Oréal Canada. The team responsibilities scope include requirement analysis and definition, projects prioritization and governance as well as innovation.

Assistance on the scope definition with brand and marketing teams, gather and translate requirements into specs, prioritize strategic retail and CRM projects, manage and organize steering committees and boards, continuous improvement of demand management and process and manage relationship between brands and delivery teams

You are the perfect candidate if you are able to work on several projects in parallel. A prior inter-cultural experience in Agile methodology.

Your profile

  • Degree in MIS, Business technology or computer science
  • Experienced in documenting business, process and data flows
  • 2 to 3 years experience with CRM platform (Salesforce, Dynamics, Netsuite)
  • Omni-channel experience

You are good at

  • Experience with Jira and or Basecamp
  • Team oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Communication skills
