Mission: providing strategic and day-to-day management across the Asia Pacific markets; serving as focal and lead to ensure alignment across markets with respect to strategic CRM programs scalability.
What you’ll be doing:
Be a business partner and project manager to domestic countries by managing the evolution of Consumer Experience (CRM) projects; defining project and user requirements, consulting business units with developments and troubleshooting
Drive acceleration of marketing automatic and CRM campaign personalization, scale best practices and pilot innovative use cases with brand teams across Asia Pacific
Define CRM activation for ecommerce business; from leading collection to data-driven onsite personalization and ecommerce consumer lifecycle automation
Implement and renovate Net Promoter Score program; generate insights and organize feedback-based actions
Be a key partner to country’s marketing (CRM) teams and identify initiatives with the most potential benefit, define and shape the requirements, and find technical solutions at an appropriate cost that align with operational objectives.
Build relationships within the business functions, with other IT teams, and with vendors in order to most effectively identify the right solution and deliver it most effectively
Who we are looking for?
Bachelor degree in marketing / business or related discipline
6+ experience CRM Marketing and project management on regional level
Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
Obsessed with consumer journey and behaviors
Willingness to learn new technologies & take on new projects to grow experience
Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment, able to adapt to changing business needs
Highly self-motivated and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results
Fluent in English
