Key Job Accountabilities

  • Initiate, develop and implement all CRM activities including but not limited to customer database development, direct marketing programs and multi-channel marketing and consumer events
  • Contribute to brand portfolio growth by designing and implementing CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell and recruit consumer
  • Responsible for Customer Journey Mapping; analyze touch points with the brand and maximize commercial opportunities
  • Start with consumer centricity, create, develop and oversee the implementation of a cohesive customer relations program to grow the CRM database
  • Ensure database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities in respect to local behaviors
  • Monitor and stay on top of market trends and make recommendations to management


  • Bachelor degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 2 to 4 years of CRM experience within beauty/retail environment
  • Analytical, data-driven with strong business acumen
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and collaborative mind set
  • Passionate about beauty and high sensitivity to consumer behaviors
