Be part of the Business Development Team accountable for delivering category strategy, in-store presence (numeric distribution, shelving & merchandising) in all outlets. The ultimate measure of success is to grow the L’ORÉAL market share in all stores.

  • Implement a system of measurement whereby progress will be monitored
  • Provide training on Category Management
  • Develop merchandising strategy which drives category and L'Oréal growth
  • Maintain category value proposition and segment - level category strategies
  • Managing, implementing, communicating joint business projects with commercial and marketing
  • Routinely analyse category, consumer, shopper, brand, competitor and trade information and regularly conduct POP audits in order to identify and provide fact based recommendations to leverage incremental growth opportunities and assist the business with gap fill initiatives in order to deliver the business financial objectives
  • Market opportunity reviews
  • Development, execution and monitoring of guidelines, impactful initiatives that maximize speed to market, trade participation, shopper participation and conversion
  • Develop deep understanding of shopper behavior to maximize shopper preference during "path to purchase"
  • Offer strategic insight and leadership to marketing and sales teams
  • Produce "selling stories" that the KAM and field team can utilize to improve our business


  • Solid administration and organizational skills
  • Solid Commercial understanding and sensitivity
