Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm

What You Will Learn:

This position primary responsibility is to assist with any clerical task within the distribution center.. The clerk assists DC supervision with resolution of the non-conformity and may provide suggestions for preventative action.  The clerk will also assist in other DC activities as required including performing execution tasks.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand and communicate metrics to team members  
  • Productivity Metrics 
  • Quality Metrics 
  • Safety/Housekeeping Audits 
  • Ability to run reports in SAP / Manhattan
  • Scheduling/ recreating dock appointments
  • Monitor the priority report and address “hot” shipments. 
  • Where possible address issues as they arise, communicate to supervisor when necessary, train team members/temporary workers. 
  • Ability to give and receive feedback 
  • Ability to reprint shipping labels, packing lists, and rack/ bin locations when needed 
  • Maintaining supplies, inventory, and a safe work environment 
  • Assist with checking in/out drivers per guidelines and validating billing information(BOLs, packing lists, ASNs, etc)
  • Ability to “pivot” as needed in the day's requirements.

  • Minimum 1 year warehouse environment.
  • Work independently with strong aptitude to detail.
  • Able to work in excel
