The Active Cosmetics Division is the world leader in dermo-cosmetics, enjoying double-digit growth in the UK and Ireland for several consecutive years as a result of increased awareness and customer advocacy. The division includes four brands: La Roche-Posay, Vichy, SkinCeuticals and Roger & Gallet.


Purpose of your new role

To provide efficient and effective support to the Field Sales team



  • Provide administrative support to ACD Field sales team including travel booking and accommodation

  • Provide efficient and effective retail support and reporting, including quarterly processing of targets, preparation of       weekly and monthly sales reports and measurement of retail sales results

  • Track the Commercial PPP budget and ensure and discrepancies are reported

  • Ensure efficient and clear communication between Sales, Marketing and Finance teams

  • Track sell in and sell out data

  • Work with Marketing teams on artwork and coordinate with suppliers


    Promotional Activities:

  • Monitor budget in conjunction finance department,

  • Processing and coordination of PO’s , activities & agency liaisons

  • Monitor and track Commercial promotional activity working across finance credit control and Commercial teams

  • Management of key account invoices

  • Track return on investment data 

  • Purchase order management

  • Invoice processing – SAP/Web-cycle

  • Liaise with training to ensure promoters receive necessary support tools i.e. t shirts, education material, etc


    Retail Ops/ Field

  • Target Coordination – ensure targets are clearly communicated to field sales staff  

  • Commission reports -  running the commission report before sign-off

  • Co-ordinate the distribution of field retail reports

  • Co-ordination of Sales Drive events – Key Accounts







  • Incentive coordination (budget tracking), communication and analysis

  • Ad hoc field and retail support (e.g. grey market, CAS housekeeping, sales Teams Territory listings, consultant

    paperwork etc)

  • Correspondence to key accounts and follow up
