- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy :
- Contribute to thinking on the communication plan
- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events….
- Define, put in place and manage communication projects/operations

- Manage media relations, including new media relations
- Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant media role players including new media and social networks….
- Be the internal « operational » media interlocutor
- Evaluate media operations quantitatively and qualitatively and make recommendations

- Contribute to managing Public Relations: local spokesperson, ambassadors…

- Contribute to Managing internal communication for the Brand
- Promote brand launches and events internally

- Identify strongest influencers, key social networks, blogs, relevant specific websites, etc… in order to federate communities around valuable subjects in line with brand‘s / project’s positioning and identity
- Create a dialogue, develop, animate, and moderate those communities through innovative and relevant actions and content (partnerships, games, special events…)
- Use all available content, or ensure the development of specific one tailored for social diffusion, in order to inspire communities into sharing /producing their own content
- Monitor closely the on-line reputation through all tools, ensuring quality in the communication, anticipating risks and managing response in case of crisis*
- Ensure the best social media planning in line with the communication and marketing actions for a synergetic approach
- Ensure measurement of social actions with identified KPIs & adapted tools (engagement, sales impact…)
- Consolidate audience feedbacks /demands to nourish product/service/brand experience development
- Manage the proper external agencies and partners
- Define, lobby for and pilot the budget in line with the entity’s strategy and ambition
- Work in close relation ahead of all projects with communication, marketing and CRM teams to build the relevant online presence, and build synergies with offline events
- Work in close relation with the media managers for strategy optimization & deals on social mediums (Youtube, FB, Instagram…)

- 5 year + PR experience
- Proficient English Ability
