What You Will Learn:

The position will perform tasks and functions to support the Quality responsibilities within the Fulfillment Center.  Key functions include Monitoring and dispositioning of Expired Product including Bin Maintenance, Updating Product Hazardous File, Auditing of Pallets, conducting Product Traceability exercises, Monthly CNQ reporting and special projects.    

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute reporting to the operations teams for greater visibility to information to make decisions. 
  • Conducts process audits and bin maintenance in accordance with internal guidelines. 
  • Leads and assists special projects as needed by business and provides local assistance to both external and internal auditors. 
  • Ensures Expiration Reports are reviewed, Expiry Dates validated, and material is blocked in MWS accordingly
  • Ensures all data is captured for monthly CNQ reporting in GRAAL (receiving anomalies, Case/Pick shortages, etc)
  • Responsible for capturing Non-Compliance issues and communicating those issues to internal and external business partners. 
  • Maintains and Audits assigned production lines for compliance. 
  • Performs Quality Audits of other Departments
  • Updates Hazardous Information for new launched products in HAZDASH

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year warehouse environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Word and Excel experience
  • Work independently with strong aptitude to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a warehouse environment 
  • Proficient in written English
  • Manhattan Warehouse System & SAP experience preferred 
  • Strong Excel skills preferred 
  • Experience with internal auditing
  • Strong organizational skills 

 

Physical Qualifications:

  • Lift up to 25 lbs
