Corporate Responsibility Manager

In your role as Corporate Responsibility Manager you will be responsible for the management of programmes supporting Science Education.  You will also support our brands with their charity partnerships and be the local point of contact for our global sustainability programme Sharing Beauty With All

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Running of the annual UK and Ireland L’Oreal-UNESCO For Women In Science Awards.
  • Supporting any UK and Ireland winners L’Oreal-UNESCO For Women In Science Awards in Paris.
  • Management of our partnership with the L’Oreal Young Scientist Centre at the Royal Institution
  • Coordination of the UK and Ireland Sharing Beauty With All Committee
  • Collating and managing all Sharing Beauty With All reporting for the UK and Ireland
  • Support the Distribution Centre (DC) Charity Committees
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders in relation to corporate responsibility activities
  • Management of programmes to engage employees in volunteering and fundraising
  • Work with communications team to ensure internal and external story telling of our corporate responsibility efforts
  • Providing advice and guidance to brands with regards to their charitable partnerships
  • Manage the L’Oreal Paris partnership with The Prince’s Trust

Essential skills required:

Project Management: Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – able to work to deadlines and to manage time in a flexible manner

Stakeholder Management : Excellent commumicator, comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Third Sector Knowledge: Experience of charity partnerships  with a good understanding of UK charity sector.

This role reports into the Head of Corporate Affairs for UK&I and has line management responsibility for a Corporate Responsibility Intern.
