Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across Australia. We are a privileged partner of hairdressers, offering them products that are made utilising the best technologies as well as training which is at the forefront of trends. Our team is committed to the modernisation of the professional hair industry with a focus on digital brand love, high-level services and exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
Our Professional Products is currently seeking a highly motivated, service driven candidate to work within their Customer Care team. Servicing customers within the hair salon channel you will provide an exceptional customer service in a fast paced, creative environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Answering customer phone and email enquiries relating to deliveries, invoices, credit and return requests, etc.
• Monitoring and processing of orders as received by Area Managers and Salons.
• Be the first point of contact for all salons inquiries.
• Be the point of contact for area managers in relation to salon orders.
To be successful in this role you will be outgoing by nature with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will stand you apart as will your ability to be flexible and solution oriented. You will need to have strong attention to detail and be highly organised. Experience in phone customer service is a must-have and good knowledge of computer systems (ideally SAP) will be a plus.
