Customer Care Specialist (m/f)*


 Based in Zagreb

*fixed term position of 1,5 year as replacement for maternity leave

 

 

Your impact in this role:

 

·       Processing of orders, Invoicing, claims and returns treatment

·       Coordination of delivery process with logistic partner

·       Communication with clients

·       Communication and cooperation with sales teams

·       Collaboration with other teams inside the company- Supply, Stock management

·       Performing part of Credit management-follow up overdue, reconciliation of payments

Our ideal profile:

 

·       Has from 2-5 years of previous experience in similar positions

·       Is business driven & client oriented

·       Has bachelor degree (preferably in business)

·       Has excellent interpersonal skills and communication capabilities

·       Has great planning and follow up skills

·       Is great in numerical and analytical skills and is able to handle complex subjects

·       Is proficient in Excel and preferably has experience in SAP

·       Speaks English fluently and is native Croatian speaker
