Your mission…  

As Nordic E-Com Acceleration Manager, your role is to drive the change necessary to enable our divisions and brands to reach their E-Commerce strategic objectives. You will develop and drive strategic projects on multi-divisional level, enabling and accelerating the divisions’ businesses. Responsibilities are centered around content & UX, retail media, 2P data, client data sharing agreements, and innovating and orchestrating E-Com activation. The key partners are Division E-Commerce teams including Key Account managers, E-Com marketing/activation, and e-merchandising, but you will also work with our multi-div clients. The role reports to the Nordic E-Commerce Director.


You will... 

  • Identify, pitch, and drive partnerships with the right providers for content solutions to support our E-Commerce strategic objectives
  • Services strategy and implementation with key client partners
  • Lead Digital Shelf Analytics –tool (Data Impact) roll-out for L’Oréal Nordics collaborating with retailers and designing a multi-divisional learning plan. Facilitate the ongoing deployment of the tool with the divisions.
  • Drive content improvement projects with retailers incl. Salsify automation projects
  • Lead Ratings & Review partnerships with Smartson and client solutions
  • Lead the Multi-Div E-merch tribe. Design and implement an internal upskilling program on Content & UX
  • Lead retail media project on multi-divisional level together with ECOM director setting the strategy for the future retail media model for One L’Oréal Nordics 
  • Assess and help define 2P data activation roadmap for One L’Oréal  
  • Develop further the Multi-divisional data acquisition framework in collaboration with divisions
  • SI/SO data reporting to Zone 
  • Key contributor in ECOM Analytics dashboard –project
  • Orchestrate multi-div eventing task force and innovation on multi-div eventing and activation models


Your profile... 

  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce drivers and analytics and how to deploy them in B2B2C business models
  • Understanding of full funnel marketing approach from awareness to conversion and retention 
  • Proficient in analyzing E-commerce performance, developing insights and helping divisions to increase  data-led decision making capabilities 
  • Understanding of retail media possibilities and landscape in the Nordics 
  • Ability to incorporate learnings and industry knowledge into strategic business cases
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to navigate, spar with and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in working with content automation is a plus
  • A passion for AI and unlocking new possibilities through technology is a plus
