Design researcher with a strong understanding / experience of / empathy with consumer centricity to lead research efforts that uncover meaningful human-centered insights and interpret them for business and innovation opportunities. This is a senior role and the individual is expected to inspire, facilitate, work with and guide multidisciplinary teams through a journey of discovery across a broad spectrum of projects.

  • Develop and lead the implementation of a design-consumer vision that leverages across all elements of design and consumer understanding
  • Fully utilize design thinking methods throughout design thinking process to implement it successfully.
  • Build from & input to global consumer centric research tools and methods, including systems and experiment with new methods adapted to innovation objectives
  • Facilitate workshop experiences on design thinking and innovative project collaboratively.
  • Maximize the diverse skill sets of our colleagues, from product & experience design to deliver great insights, projects and thought leadership.
  • Design, scope and run research processes and contribute to every aspect of a project.
  • Lead project teams to ask clear & objective relevant questions. Seek and engage with external partnerships & academics for project execution, method development, and capacity expansion.
  • Identify the best research methods for these questions.
  • Articulate to the stakeholder the insights and stories behind the strategy and concepts designed.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder needs, interests, priorities and expectations effectively and sensitively.
