WHO WE ARE

The Development team is at the interface of L’Oréal’s great areas of expertise: research, marketing, and production. We offer a wide range of extremely fulfilling missions: researching and developing new concepts and innovative solutions, coordinating and supervising operational teams, technical expertise, checking compatibility for certification purposes and creating new packaging.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage package development and project management activities including launch, renewal and value analysis projects, to assure timely and cost-effective new product launches, promotions, and maintenance of basic business activities.

Identify new and improved processes that will result in effective cost reduction ad harmonization programs for new or existing products.

Lead package innovation in assigned project category

Consolidate investments by drawing up and issuing price estimates

      Expert for the marketing department by studying beforehand the feasibility of launch briefs and advising marketing teams in terms of technical solutions or innovative opportunities

      Organized individual who can operate in a fast- paced environment

      Leader to marketing, business divisions and operations team
