Objectives of the Position

The Digital IT project manager will be responsible for the solution delivery of high-profile CRM systems to enhance L’Oréal China consumer service, sales and digital marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, hands-on CRM evangelist and customer champion - well versed in effectively promoting the benefits of CRM across the business to deliver a hearts and mind-set change. The role requires ongoing engagement with brand digital key stakeholders and managing relationships with external technology agencies involved in delivering CRM solutions to the brands.

This is a key role that involves determining project and change requirement needs and resources to deliver the technical and functional requirements for the plan, as well as ensuring budget, deadline expectations met, and resources managed efficiently.

Role Responsibilities

Development and management of the project and change request plan, objectives and scope with an overarching focus on customer experience.

Hands-on experience of delivering end-to-end CRM projects facilitating meetings to guide business requirement and thinking; ensuring CRM solution implemented with the best in class processes and approaches.

Determine business needs and internal/external resources required to execute the CRM project/change request successfully.

Assignment and management of business resources, managing the development of both human and system capabilities.

Creation and coordination of project documentation and processes, developing and track project action items and issues.

Identification and communication of risks and mitigating actions.

Strong vendor management skills.

Regular communication of project progress to sponsor, project teams and Leadership Group.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree or above is required in technical field

Experienced in end-to-end CRM solution delivery, including integration with POS and digital WeChat, tmall, JD, OMS and other business systems.

Minimum 3 years in project management and/or demonstrable experience and the responsibility of running multiple overlapping projects.

A deep level understanding of multi-channel data, including the impact of integrating third party data.

The ability to demonstrate and communicate a clear (customer led) vision.

Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders.

High level of numeracy and literacy skills.

Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.

Ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English.
