Key Job Accountabilities

Contribute to the brand and market profitable growth, maximizing the integration of digital. Ensure marketing, communication and commercial coverage towards developing the consumer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Social media/website management: Create, develop and implement the social media strategy, creative and qualitative content to support the brand’s and project’s ambition
  • Media strategy: Plan & organize digital media (all touch points) strategy & investments, ensuring cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, actionable recommendations
  • Customer data, relationship and service management: deploy a strong customer knowledge and data management and a targeted contact & service strategy, appropriate relationship campaigns and tracking

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related discipline is preferred
  • 2 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience in SEM, SEO, PPC, Goggle analytics and social media is crucial
  • Demonstrates an innovative, creative mind and keen to learn attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Experience in CRM management would be an advantage
