What You Will Do:
In this position, you will be creating and managing strategic timelines for zone and global innovation projects across three categories: Makeup, Skin, and Hair. to invent new makeup products. Furthermore, you will be monitoring the metrics our local portfolio of programs and projects for KPI reporting.
As the PMO/PFM zone head, your rigor in project management is key. Our team and external partners will rely on your pivotal position to connect each other and drive timeline milestones to keep projects on track to the aligned completion target dates.

The role is expected to be dynamic, engaged at all levels, innovative, able to work in a fast environment and ready to shape an efficient and modern team.
Manage the overall feasibility of innovation transformation: timing, cost and at scale
Drive all project timeline milestones to ensure successful transferring for the brands and industrial partners
Manage innovation gate process
Create, identify, and implement process improvements
Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends, inclusive but not limited to packaging technology
Up to 25% travel to domestic and/or international suppliers and plants
Position Skills:
PMO: Zone coordinator of timeline management for PKG Innovation Makeup, Skin and Hair
Collaborate with key partners in each category to construct precise timelines
Co-build the innovation process, in detail, with the CBO (Chief business Owner)
Engage and empower the packaging innovation engineers on this process
Manage timelines to ensure milestones adherence / final POP (Proof of Performance) date
Communication and escalation skills to guarantee all stakeholders are aligned
Highly skilled in crisis and change management
PFM: Zone coordinator of process Gate Management
Ensure the portfolio of projects (deliverables, resource allocation, and timing) is aligned with the strategy and well balanced
Prioritize and champion the right projects to launch through simulation scoring and ranking
Collaborate with key partners in each local category and global PFM team
Manage monthly meetings for project gate management (staffing, gate, scoring committees)
Budget tracking to project approval and gate spend
Co-build portfolio and transformation KPI dashboards with the PFM central team
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative management
8+ years’ of proven experience in project management & new product development; preferably in the cosmetics, consumer goods or related field.
French, Portuguese, and/or Spanish Language skills are a plus
Strong PC skills; MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to deal effectively with all levels of a diverse and global organization and supplier base
Flexible approach to problem solving and ability to present compelling vision to gather senior management’s support of the team’s ideas
Awareness of technical elements necessary for the development and commercialization of new products, with an understanding of timing and financial impacts
Good self-management and organizational skills to manage documentation, materials, and information for rapidly changing priorities
Curiosity, creativity and out of the box thinking
Ability to connect and motivate teams to effectively establish and deliver to project timelines
Clearly communicate and support the team vision and influence the team members to achieve individual and department goals and objectives
Partnering and leading effectively across different functions and levels. Establishing strong relationships built on trust, collaboration, solid technical knowledge and business acumen.
