Global Director, eCommerce Project Manager

Within Global eCommerce team, you will be responsible for:

  • eCommerce projects business definition, UX / UI, specifications and delivery with strong focus on customer centricity and mobile
  • Loyalty programs implementation within the eCommerce sites
  • Flagships’ development & launch in close partnership with global, regional & local IT teams
  • Flagships’ post go live continuous improvement based on consumer data, KPIs analysis, benchmark & innovation
  • Knowledge management and governance between all parties with strong focus on US market and US-based DMIs (global marketing teams)

 

At the crossroads of brands, business and countries digital teams you will be responsible for managing agencies & IT partners, providing high-quality deliverables as well as driving internal satisfaction. You will work at a global level (division / brands) but is also supporting localization streams with countries and zones.

  • eBusiness best practices and knowledge management with major focus on US market in close relationship with US direct to consumer department
  • Project management of eFlagship / Loyalty programs; design, specifications (including writing them) development & UAT with brands & key countries, using digital technologies proposed by digital platform director in link with corporate digital IT team
  • Focus on L’Oréal Luxe US-based brands
  • Support the overall planning management from end-to-end, and risks management to avoid timing & quality issues
  • Manage agencies and partners to ensure quality and relevancy on all deliverables as well as internal satisfaction
  • Coordinate all internal / external stakeholders during third-partners work streams (CRM, Analytics, SEO, Usability, Content management)
  • Weekly report to Program Manager & Monthly report to Global eCommerce Director
  • Strong Digital - even 360° - knowledge including Mobile, CRM, SEO and Technical skills
  • Good UX/UI capabilities
  • eBusiness / eCommerce / CRM capabilities
  • Analytics & Data mining skills
  • Agile project management capabilities
  • Client account management to manage relationship with key Brands and Countries plus drive satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Luxe / Premium brands is a plus
  • Strong interest for Watch / Innovation activities is a plus 

6 to 8 years on Global digital agency/consultancy or industry side. Used to global multi-national environment including strong eCommerce challenges and governance complexity

  • Able to face critical situations in a complex governance environment
