Director of Professional Products Division Bulgaria (m/f)


Based in Sofia


Your impact in this role:


  • Under the Division Commercial Director authority, build the action plan to implement the Division strategy (according to commercial and brand strategy)

  • Master commerce fundamentals related to the specific channels

  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out excellence; define KPIs and individual qualitative and quantitative objectives (turnover, launches, assortment, space and visibility, training, incentives, promotional animations, etc.) according to the region and channel

  • Allow efficient communication flow between the different stakeholders within the company 

  • Manage commercial structures within the Division and anticipate necessary evolutions

  • Continue developing consumer-centric business

  • Build selling proposition and leading negotiations

  • Ensure that brands are expressed correctly within distribution in cooperation with brand management

  • Adapt and animate an efficient multifunctional organization



Our ideal candidate:


  • Has University degree

  • Has 5 or more years of previous experience in similar positions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with positive attitude

  • Is business driven & eager for achieving and outperforming targets

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize

  • Shows emphasis on proactivity and being independent in his/her work,  is able to present ideas

  • Nurtures the pioneering spirit

  • Controls risks and operates responsibly

  • Has a “make it happen” attitude with operational excellence and agility

  • Advanced analytical skills and Excel knowledge

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Fluency in English
