  • Junior or senior year of Undergrad or Second Year Master’s Degree with a 3.25 GPA
  • Majors: Mechanical, Chemical, Packaging or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing, permanent basis without sponsorship
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Basic knowledge in Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Must be available full-time for the Fall semester
  • Recent college graduate (within 12 months) from a Bachelor’s program will be considered for a 12 month internship

·         Work in collaboration with other departments to implement product and process changes.

·         Promotes and helps implement efficient and reliable Lean Manufacturing processes to guarantee efficient movement of materials and increase productivity and quality

·         Develops training material and assists in delivery of training sessions to all levels in the organization

·         Continuously drives culture change of Lean Manufacturing principles across the organization by communicating and modeling the values of continuous improvement

·         Ensure timely and effective implementation and sustainability
